Open suggestions
- Open a job under Recruiting → Jobs.
- Go to the Suggestions tab (
/jobs/[id]/suggestions). - Review recommended candidates and their fit indicators.
- Add relevant people as candidates or refine filters to improve matches.
Job fit
RUBINLAKE can show a job fit score or tag when profile data aligns with the job requirements. Use it to prioritize outreach, not as the only decision factor.
