Registration creates your personal RUBINLAKE account. You are automatically assigned to your organization. There is no separate step to create a workspace.
Sign up
- Open the registration page and complete the form: first name, last name, business email address, password, and optionally your company name.
- Use a business email address. Personal webmail addresses are not accepted.
- Enter your phone number. SMS verification is available for numbers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg.
- Confirm the code sent by SMS.
- Sign in. You land on the dashboard.
You can optionally subscribe to product tips and updates by email. You can change this later under Account.
After your first sign-in
On first login, RUBINLAKE greets you with a welcome dialog. Start the product tour to learn the key areas in about 60 seconds: global search, sidebar, lists, and support.
You can restart the tour anytime under Account → Preferences.
Sign in
If you already have an account, sign in with your email address and password. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
