RUBINLAKE support is available when you need help with access, billing, data questions, or product issues.
Open support
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Select Support to open the support modal.
- Describe your issue and send the request.
You can also open support from Account → Credit usage when you have questions about credits or unexpected usage.
What to include
Helpful details for faster resolution:
- What you tried to do and what happened instead
- Browser and operating system version
- Organization name (not passwords or sensitive personal data)
- Screenshots only when they do not expose private contact data unnecessarily
Product tour and documentation
- Restart the product tour under Account → Account if you want a guided walkthrough again.
