Search is the fastest way to get value from RUBINLAKE. After the product tour, start with a concrete query.
Two ways to search
Global search: Type a company name, industry, or contact name in the header. Search covers companies, contacts, and news at once.
Find menu: Select Find in the sidebar and open the right area:
- Companies: for market research and target accounts
- Contacts: for sales, recruiting, or outreach
- News: for recent company news
Recommended first step
- Enter the name of a company you know in global search.
- Open the company profile and review the available information.
- Go to Find → Companies, add an industry or location filter, and compare the results.
What to do next
When you find good matches:
- Follow companies to see their news on the dashboard
- Add profiles to contacts or save them to a list
- Create tasks so follow-ups do not get lost
