If the Chrome Extension does not behave as expected, use these checks before contacting support.
Extension does not appear
- Confirm the extension is installed and enabled in Chrome.
- Pin it to the toolbar or open it from the browser extensions menu.
- Refresh LinkedIn after installing or updating the extension.
Sign-in does not work
- Make sure you are using the same account you use for RUBINLAKE.
- Check whether your organization has extension access enabled on your plan.
- Try signing out and signing in again.
- Contact your organization administrator if you see a plan or permission message.
Profile details are missing
- Make sure you are on an individual LinkedIn profile page.
- Wait for the page to finish loading before opening the extension.
- Review details before saving. Some profiles may not expose every field clearly.
- If local browser assistance is unavailable, you may need to enter or review some details manually.
Still stuck
Contact RUBINLAKE support with your browser version, organization name, and a short description of what you expected to happen. Do not send sensitive personal data unless support asks for the minimum details needed to investigate.
