Manage your RUBINLAKE subscription from Account → Account (preferences page).
View your plan
The Subscription section shows your current plan name and status. Your plan determines available features, credits, and organization limits.
Cancel subscription
You can cancel your subscription from the same section. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog. Your access continues according to your billing terms until the period ends.
Upgrade
When you need more credits, users, or features:
- Open Account → Account and review your current plan.
- Go to
/upgradeor use the upgrade action when offered. - Complete the upgrade request form to speak with RUBINLAKE about the right plan.
Trial users see trial messaging during onboarding. After the trial, a paid plan is required for continued access.
