Data enrichment helps complete missing email and phone details on contacts when additional data is available. Enrichment actions consume credits.
Where to enrich
You can enrich from:
- A contact profile action menu
- The contacts list (including bulk selection)
- People in a list detail view
RUBINLAKE shows a credit estimate before you confirm bulk enrichment.
Before you enrich
- Confirm the contact is relevant to your current campaign or job.
- Check your remaining credits under Account → Credit usage.
- Enrich only the records you plan to use immediately.
After enrichment
- Review the updated fields on the contact profile.
- Add a task or note if outreach timing matters.
- Export or sync through your list workflow if needed.
Company enrichment
Administrators may also run company-level enrichment (for example domain or profile updates). Availability depends on your plan and permissions.
