Create and import jobs

Add new jobs manually or import existing openings to start recruiting in RUBINLAKE.

Before you manage candidates, create or import the jobs your team is hiring for.

Create a job

  1. Open Recruiting → Jobs.
  2. Select Create job or go to /jobs/add.
  3. Fill in title, requirements, and other job details.
  4. Save the job and open its profile to add candidates or review suggestions.

Import jobs

Use Import jobs on the jobs list when you need to bring multiple openings into RUBINLAKE at once. Follow the import dialog and review imported records before sharing with your team.

Import people into a job

From a job profile you can also import people when you already have a candidate list elsewhere. Map fields carefully and review matches before confirming.

Next steps

  • Add candidates from people search or suggestions
  • Use tasks and notes on the job for hiring coordination
  • Link company context from the job header when the role maps to a target account
