Save companies and contacts

Companies

  • Open a company profile from search.
  • Follow the company to see its news in the dashboard newsfeed.
  • Add the company to a list when you are collecting targets for a project.

Contacts

  • Open a contact profile under Find → Contacts.
  • Add the person to your contacts. For public profiles, confirm the legitimate business purpose first.
  • Saved contacts appear under Enrich → Contacts.

Create lists

Lists help you group companies and contacts for a project, for example a target account list or a recruiting shortlist.

  1. Go to Enrich → Lists.
  2. Create a New list and give it a recognizable name.
  3. Add companies or contacts from search results or profiles.

The product tour highlights Lists. It is one of the most important steps after your first search.

Tasks for follow-ups

Under Enrich → Tasks, create reminders for a call, an email, or the next research step. Link tasks to the relevant company or contact.
