The activity feed at /feed no longer exists. Everything it showed now arrives through Signals, which is its own area in the main navigation, directly under Dashboard.
What to use instead

Why the change
A continuous stream made you read the same event several times and gave no way to tell a plant fire from a press release. Signals merges the reports about one event into a single entry, classifies it, scores it, and places it on a map.
