Under Enrich → Companies, RUBINLAKE shows companies your organization follows. This is not the same as your full contact database. It is your portfolio of tracked accounts.
Follow vs. save to list

How to follow a company
- Open a company profile from search or global search.
- Choose Follow from the company actions menu.
- Confirm the company appears under Enrich → Companies.
Why follow matters
Following companies keeps you informed without repeating searches:
- Signals filtered to My companies shows only what happened at the companies you follow
- Followed companies are checked for new events more often than companies nobody is watching
- Their events can reach you as alerts, in your inbox and in the daily email digest
- Your team shares the same set of tracked accounts
Set a relationship on each company you follow, for example Supplier or Customer. Following puts a company in range; the relationship decides which of its signals reach you and puts its locations on your map.
Unfollow
Open the company profile or your followed companies list and choose Unfollow when an account is no longer relevant.
