If you maintain several products, you can mark one as the default product. It is used when no other product is selected.
Set a default product
- Open Products.
- Select the product you want.
- Choose Make default.
The default product is marked with a badge in the list.
Why this is useful
- The assistant can fall back to your default product when no selection is made.
- Your team starts from a consistent offering as a baseline.
Tips
- Choose the offering you sell most often as the default.
- Update the default when your sales focus shifts.
