The difference from a wiki
A page that knows what it is about
Type @ to link a company, a contact or a job. The page shows a preview of what you linked, and the link stays valid as the record changes. A wiki cannot do this, because it does not hold the company data.

Some research is worth more than one organization gets out of it. The Library Store makes it available to others without moving it into another tool first.

Publish
You choose the title, summary, category and price, from free up to 100,000 credits. A RUBINLAKE admin reviews the submission before it appears in the store.

Unlock
Another organization unlocks the page with credits. It pays once, and every one of its members keeps access from then on.

Credited
The full price is booked to your organization's balance. That balance never expires.
The title, summary and public address of a store page are public and visible to search engines. The content stays behind sign in and an unlock. Credited balance is not paid out; it is there for actions inside RUBINLAKE.
What happens to your pages
Reviewed before listing
Every Library Store submission is approved by a RUBINLAKE admin, or rejected with a reason you can read.
Artifacts run isolated
Uploaded HTML only ever runs inside an isolated frame, with no access to your account or your data.
The history stays
Published states are kept for good, intermediate ones for 30 days. Any two states can be compared.
No lock-in
Every page can be taken with you: Markdown, HTML, Word, PDF.

Because a wiki does not hold the company data. A page in the Knowledge Hub links the company, contact or job it is about and shows that record beside the text. Rebuilding this in a wiki means maintaining a second copy that is out of date from day one.
The space decides. My Space: only you. Organization: everyone in your organization. Library Store: any organization that has unlocked the page. Move a page and its visibility changes immediately.
