Products are most valuable together with the AI Assistant. When the assistant knows your product, it can tailor messages to the target persona and value.
Give a product as context
- Open the AI Assistant.
- Select Add context and search for the product.
- The product appears as a context chip in the conversation.
Alternatively, the assistant uses the product context when you are on a product-related page.
What the assistant can do with it
- Draft outreach messages that address the product's pain points and value props
- Suggest the right contacts for the product's target persona
- List, load, create, and update products

- Combine a product with a person or company as context to tailor drafts directly to the recipient.
- Keep the product description current — the assistant uses it as the basis for its suggestions.
