Sites are the places your team works from: plants, warehouses, distribution centres, offices, and retail locations. RUBINLAKE uses them to flag nearby signals as relevant. They live under Account → Sites (/account/sites).

The addresses never leave your workspace.

Add a site

  1. Open Account → Sites.
  2. Click Add site.
  3. Give it a name, for example “Ingolstadt plant”.
  4. Choose the type: plant, warehouse, distribution centre, office, retail, or other.
  5. Enter street, postal code, city, and country. Country is required before the site can be placed.
  6. Set the radius.
  7. Save.

The radius

The radius decides how far from a site a signal still counts as relevant. A road closure 50 km from the plant may be a supply problem; the same closure 500 km away usually is not. Set the radius to match how your supply routes actually run.

Suggestions from your company profile

When RUBINLAKE knows addresses from your company profile that are not sites yet, the page points them out. Review and add brings them in without retyping everything.

Change or remove a site

Open a site in the list to change its name, type, address, or radius. Remove sites you no longer operate so signal scoring does not respond to old addresses.
