Prefect 3 modernizes Python-first workflow orchestration with improved DX, events, and hybrid execution for data and ML pipelines (Prefect 3).

Assess against Dagster and Airflow for new orchestration bets. Prefect shines when Python engineers own the entire flow without heavy JVM ops.
