The agent gateway triple gate pattern sequences identity verification, policy evaluation, and tool execution sandboxing before any agent action reaches production systems (MCP security).

Assess as a reference architecture for high-risk agents. Implement incrementally: authN gateway first, then OPA-style policy, then sandboxed runners.
