You buy and change plans yourself, inside your account. No sales conversation is required.
Where to start
Open Account → Plan and billing (/account/billing). The Subscription card shows your plan and its status. Depending on the situation it offers:
- Upgrade now while you are on the trial
- Upgrade to Premium or Upgrade to Enterprise when a higher plan is available
- Change plan when you want to move between plans
All of them lead to the purchase page (/upgrade).
On the purchase page
- Choose monthly or annual at the top.
- Choose the plan. The comparison table shows what differs between them.
- Click Buy now.
- Pay in the embedded Stripe form on the same page.
Once payment goes through the plan is activated automatically and the included credits become available.
When payment is not confirmed straight away
Some payment methods, bank debit among them, take a few days. The page then shows Payment processing. Your purchase is applied automatically once the payment is confirmed. Check again re-queries the status in the meantime.
Downgrading
A lower plan is chosen the same way. Check first whether you would lose something you still need:
- Moving to Essential removes CRM integrations and smart recruiting.
- If your team is larger than the new plan's seat count, remove members first. See Seats in your plan.
Enterprise with special requirements
If you need more than Enterprise includes, the purchase page leads to an appointment with a RUBINLAKE specialist.
Who can do this
Only the billing owner sees the purchase actions. Everyone else sees the plan and the credit balance, plus a note about who manages billing.
