Every plan includes a fixed number of seats. One seat is one person who can sign in.
Where to check
Under Account → Users and team (/account/users), above the member list, you see how many seats are taken, for example “2 of 3 seats used”.

RUBINLAKE can record different limits for individual accounts. What counts is always the figure shown on the Users and team page, not the table above.
What occupies a seat
- Every active member
- Every pending invitation, even before it is accepted
Removed members and withdrawn invitations no longer occupy a seat.
When every seat is taken
- Review the pending invitations and withdraw the ones no longer needed.
- Remove members who have left the team.
- If that is not enough, move to a plan with more seats. See Buy or change your plan.
