Account → Credit usage (/account/usage) shows what your organization has spent credits on. The page has three tabs.

Current usage

Covers the running reporting period:

  • Spent and reserved credits against the monthly allowance
  • Contacts and companies used against the monthly limits
  • The date of the next credit renewal
  • Usage by action: which kinds of action cost how many credits, with the number of actions and the credits currently reserved

This is the fastest answer to why one month cost more than the last.

About credits

A short explanation of the credit system inside the app. The longer version is in How credits work.

History

Lists the individual credit reservations of the running reporting period, with date, action, user, the resource involved, the credit amount, and the status. Resources such as a contact, a company, or a list are linked, so you can jump from a charge straight to the record.

The list can be filtered by status and sorted by date.

Export to CSV

Export credit usage downloads the period as a CSV, with the period start and end and the allocated, spent, reserved, available, refunded, and used credits. Useful for internal cost allocation or analysis in a spreadsheet.

Usage is shared across the team

The figures cover the whole organization. Everyone draws from the same allowance, and the history shows who triggered which action.

When usage looks wrong

Check Usage by action first, then the History tab. If it stays unclear, contact RUBINLAKE support from the user menu.
