Account → Products (/account/products) is where you record what you sell. RUBINLAKE uses it for audience suggestions and for the AI assistant.

Account → Integrations (/account/integrations) connects your CRM to RUBINLAKE and syncs companies and contacts.

CRM integrations are available from the Premium plan. On Essential the page is visible but connecting is not unlocked.
