When the monthly allowance is not enough, buy credits as a one-off without changing plan. Top-ups live under Account → Plan and billing (/account/billing) in the Top up credits section.
Top up
- Open Account → Plan and billing.
- Go to Top up credits.
- Choose a pack from the list.
- Click Buy top-up.
- Pay in the embedded Stripe form.
The credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. The balance on the page refreshes on its own; there is no need to reload.
Available packs
Packs of 500, 2,000, 5,000, 20,000, and 50,000 credits. Prices are shown in the picker alongside the credit amount.
When payment takes longer
Some payment methods, bank debit among them, take a few days. The page then shows a notice and a Check again action. The credits are added automatically once the payment is confirmed. There is no need to repeat the purchase.
How purchased credits behave
Purchased credits are a separate pot alongside the credits included in your plan:
- They do not renew with the billing period.
- They have their own expiry date, shown on the Credit balance card.
- Without an active subscription they are frozen until there is one again.
- On cancellation they expire once access ends.
Automatic instead of manual
If you would rather not do this by hand every time, set up automatic top-up.
Who can do this
Only the billing owner. Top-ups are not available during the trial.
