Every page in the Knowledge Hub starts as a draft in My Space, where only you can see it. Others see it once you move the page.

Create a new page

  1. Open Knowledge in the main navigation.
  2. Choose the space the page should live in.
  3. Select New page and give it a title.

The draft saves itself as you write. The header shows the current save state.

What the editor does

  • Headings, lists, tables and code blocks
  • Task lists with checkboxes that every reader of the page sees
  • Callout blocks for warnings and asides
  • Links to other pages in the Knowledge Hub

Linking records

Type @ to mention a colleague or link a company, contact, job, list or task. The page shows a preview of what you linked, and the link stays valid when that record changes later.

Blocks that calculate

Small calculations do not need a table: insert a slider, a computed result or a progress bar directly into the text. Anyone reading the page can move the slider and sees the result immediately.
