The Knowledge Hub has three spaces. Every page lives in exactly one of them, and the space decides who may read it.

The three spaces

Space Who reads it
My Space Only you
Organization Every member of your organization
Library Store Any organization that has unlocked the page

Move a page

Drag the page into the target space in the sidebar, or use More actions → Move. Visibility changes immediately; there is no extra approval step.

Moving a page into the Library Store is the one case that works differently: there the page is first submitted for review. See Publish to the Library Store.

Folders

Inside a space, folders organise your pages. Delete a folder and the pages inside it survive and move to the top level of the space, unless you explicitly choose to delete them too.

Comments

Comments sit beside the paragraph they are about, not underneath it. They require an active plan: Essential, Premium, Enterprise or the trial.
