The version history

Open a page and choose Version history. The list shows every saved state, who edited it and when.

Retention follows a fixed rule:

  • Published states are kept for good. They are what the page was released as.
  • Intermediate states are kept for 30 days, and at least the last 20 regardless of age.
  • Several edits within 10 minutes count as one state, so the history stays readable.

Compare two states

Select a state in the history to see what changed against the state below it. Removed, added and moved paragraphs are marked.

Take a page with you

Under More actions, download a page as:

  • Markdown for further work in other tools
  • Word and PDF with the layout intact

A Library Store page can only be downloaded once your organization has unlocked it.
