Act on a signal

Mark it done, turn it into a task, add the companies to a list, or share it with someone outside the platform.

Four actions sit on every signal.

Done

Clears the signal from your queue. It is yours alone: a colleague still sees it in theirs. Undo puts it back, and Show done in the filter bar reveals everything you have cleared.

Task

Creates a task already linked to the companies the signal names, so the follow-up sits with the account rather than in your head. The task appears under Tasks like any other.

To list

Adds the companies named in the signal to one of your lists. This is the quickest route from "three of our suppliers had incidents this month" to a working set you can export or hand to someone.

Share

Copies a link that works without a RUBINLAKE account. The recipient sees the headline, the summary, the companies, the place, and the date.

They do not see the sources, the score, the evidence, or anything else from your workspace, and the page is not indexed by search engines. Use a share link to brief someone in procurement or at a supplier. When they need the underlying evidence, send an export instead.
