Every company profile has a Signals tab with that company's own events and a risk summary beside them.
The risk score
A single supplier risk number, built from the company's open signals weighted by severity, evidence, and age. It is shown against a baseline and as a trend over the window you selected, so the direction matters more than the absolute figure. A score that has moved from 30 to 55 in a fortnight is the thing to look at.
The six dimensions
The same risk broken out into operational, financial, legal, ESG, strategic, and geopolitical. This is what tells you whether a company is a delivery problem or a compliance problem, which are answered by different people on your side.
Operational status
Active, At risk, Limited, or Inactive. Certain event types set this for a defined number of days, because a permanent site closure and a two-day strike should not read the same. The status returns on its own when that period ends.
Coverage
The coverage line says how many signals were found, how many candidates were discarded as irrelevant, and when the company was last checked.
How often a company is checked depends on how much attention it gets. Companies you follow, open, and work with are checked most often. On a trial, every company is checked weekly.
Refresh
Refresh asks for a check right now instead of waiting for the schedule. It is available on paid plans, up to five times per person per day. A refresh reads the full set of sources, so it is worth spending on a supplier you have just heard something about.
