Your inbox and the daily digest

Where alerts land, how to triage them, and how to get one email a day instead.

A signal that clears your watchlist rules is delivered as an alert. The Inbox view in the Signals workspace shows only what was delivered to you, newest first, and the navigation item carries an unread count.

Triage

Every alert takes one of three marks:

  • Important: keep it in front of you
  • Not relevant: the wrong call for your situation, even though the rule matched
  • Archived: dealt with, and hidden until you turn on Show archived

Triage is per person. Marking an alert archived does not archive it for a colleague.

The daily email

Turn on Daily email digest in the watchlist rules to receive one email a day with the new alerts, sent to everyone in your organization. It is one email per day rather than one per signal, and it never contains anything the recipient could not already see in the workspace.

An empty inbox

If nothing has arrived, one of three things is usually true:

  1. You follow no companies yet, so there is nothing in range.
  2. Your minimum priority is set above anything that has happened.
  3. The companies you follow have not been checked recently.

The coverage line on a company profile tells you which of the three it is.
