The risk matrix
The matrix plots company risk against importance to you. The top right corner is the to-do list: companies that are both in trouble and hard to replace. Everything else is context.
Zones run from No action through Mid action and High action to Critical action. Where each zone begins is yours to set, under Risk matrix thresholds in the watchlist rules, so the matrix reflects how much risk your organization actually tolerates rather than a default someone else chose.
A company only has a position on the matrix once it has an importance set. Companies shown as Not on the watchlist have risk but no importance, so they cannot be placed.
Trends
The trends view answers the questions a monthly review asks:
- Open critical signals right now
- Published in the window, with a per-day chart and the busiest single day
- Discarded as irrelevant, so you can see how much was read and rejected, not only what got through
- Operational status across the companies you follow
Trends respects the company filter, so it can describe your followed portfolio or everything the platform saw. Use My companies for a supplier review and All companies to sanity-check whether a quiet month was yours or everyone's.
