How organizations work

Every account belongs to an organization. What is shared and what stays personal.

Every RUBINLAKE account belongs to an organization. Signing up puts you in one automatically. There is no separate workspace to create.

What the organization shares

These belong to the organization and are visible to every member:

  • Companies, contacts, lists, tasks, and notes
  • Tags, sites, and products
  • The watchlist and the signal settings
  • The monthly credit allowance and the contact and company allowances
  • The subscription and the invoices

What stays personal

These apply to your own account only:

  • Name, login email, and password
  • Interface language, feed languages, and theme
  • Email notifications, including the signal digest
  • Your conversations with the AI assistant

See the members

Under Account → Users and team (/account/users) you see every member with their role and status, plus any pending invitations. The page also shows how many seats your plan includes and how many are taken.
